Rob Balla
CEO & Founder
Rob Balla is an award-winning creative director with 25 years of industry experience in digital marketing, and mass media advertising. As the CEO of Balla Media, he believes communication, trust and transparency are key to fostering growth in business and client relationships. Back in 1999, he conceptualized and launched Canada’s first on-line niche business directory, then went on to achieve President Club status along with the Astral Top Gun Award as a radio sales rep. Rob was instrumental in launching the Digital Sales Platform for Standard Radio and was the Digital Sales Director for Southwestern Ontario overlooking digital sales and training to over 40 reps.
Robbie Balla
Digital Marketing/Product Manager
Robbie oversees the operations and client projects at Balla Media. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Products and Project Management. He has worked with a variety of small, medium and large businesses in different industries. He loves getting the results for his clients and takes a hands-on approach every step of the way.
Lisa White
Administrator and Accountant
Lisa White is an accomplished accountant with over 25 years of experience in accounting and office administration. She has worked in a variety of industries, including finance and media.
Currently, Lisa serves as the Accountant & Office Administration Manager at Balla Media, where she is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. In addition to her accounting expertise, Lisa has extensive experience in office administration, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. She is passionate about using her skills to help businesses grow and thrive, and values building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Chelsey Smith
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
With over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, Chelsey specializes in SEO, helping businesses improve their online visibility and drive organic traffic. My expertise spans keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and data-driven strategy development. Chelsey is also savvy at Social Media Management and a great asset to the Balla Media Team.

Dawn Sherwin is a content writer with an extensive 30 years of professional experience working on content creation as part of the radio and television industry. She is also a proud mother of a 21-year-old young lady who is in her 4th year of university studying Psychology and Criminology.

Meet Zee, the creative pro at Balla Media who brings over 10 years of experience in content curation, email marketing, and live streaming to the team. With her diverse background, Zee is able to produce digital content that captures attention and engages audiences.
She attended OCAD University for photography and Sheridan College for visual and creative arts, before transitioning to Juno College (formerly HackerYou) for front-end web development. As a recognized Canva Creator and GIPHY Artist, Zee has a keen eye for design and is always looking for new ways to innovate and bring fresh perspectives to her work. At Balla Media, Zee is responsible for creating visually appealing digital content that helps clients stand out and connect with their target audience!
