Abington Court Retirement Residence wanted to build trust with the public after the bad publicity retirement homes in general received during COVID-19 and acquire more residents to live at their home.
Our team did a thorough needs analysis meeting with Abington Court owners and did extensive tours of the facility to discover what exactly the “Abington Court
Difference’ was. Our findings:
Balla Media created a fully SEO optimized and responsive website to better showcase the true facilities and amenities that Abington Court had to offer the public, as well as integrated two 15-minute videos to assist further visually that included comments from residents and staff that currently live/work there.
Our next step was to create an awareness campaign via social media and Search Engine Marketing on Google to tell the story of the great job they did keeping their staff and residents safe during the pandemic.
